- How does billing work?
We bill monthly per active linked member. If your roster shrinks, the bill shrinks. If it grows, it grows. No tiers, no jumps.
- Who counts as a member?
Anyone registered in the club: approved players, coaches, staff and guardians. Pending requests and supporters do not count.
- Is there a fee on club dues?
No. Klubbia never adds a commission on top of payments you receive. You only pay what your gateway (Stripe, bank) charges directly.
- Is there a minimum?
No. If your club has 5 members, you pay for 5 members.
- Can I cancel?
Anytime. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
