Klubbia processes personal data based on consent, contract performance, or legitimate interest of the club, depending on the case.
1. Controller
Klubbia is a product operated by Divina Vanidad Poblenou SL (tax ID B66658543), Rambla del Poblenou 109, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. For user account data the controller is Divina Vanidad Poblenou SL. For data of a club's members entered into the platform, the controller is the club and Klubbia acts as data processor. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
2. Data processed
Identifiers, membership, financial, in-app communications, and optionally sensitive data when the club requests them and the user explicitly consents.
3. Minors
Data of users under 14 requires explicit guardian consent. The club is responsible for obtaining and storing that consent.
4. Rights
You can exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction by emailing [email protected] or from your profile.
5. Sub-processors
To provide the service we rely on: CoopWork (application server and PostgreSQL database hosting, in the EU), Cloudflare (content delivery, TLS termination, image storage and database backups), Amazon Web Services / Amazon SES (transactional email, servers in the EU) and Redsys (dues payment gateway). If you sign in with Google, Google processes your identification for that purpose. If you enable push notifications, your browser/device delivery services are involved (Apple APNs, Google FCM or Mozilla). Usage analytics are in-house and aggregated, with no external tracking providers. The club signs a DPA with Klubbia detailing this up-to-date list.
6. Retention
Data is kept while the account or club membership is active, plus legal retention periods.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember your preferences (language and theme). We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Usage analytics are in-house (in our own database), aggregated, and do not profile individual users.
8. Push notifications
Push notifications are optional and require your explicit consent in the browser or device. If you enable them, we store your device subscription to send alerts (e.g. overdue dues). You can revoke them at any time from your browser or app settings.
