Terms of Service

Klubbia is a service operated by Klubbia SL to help sports clubs manage their members, dues, communications and federation data.
1. Permitted use
The service targets clubs and people in the sports ecosystem. It cannot be used for mass data extraction, scraping Klubbia itself, or any purpose other than legitimate sports management.
2. Account and responsibility
Each user is responsible for the accuracy of their account data and for their use of the service. Identity impersonation or fictitious clubs are grounds for termination.
3. Payments
Klubbia charges the club via monthly subscription. Payments between the club and its members are processed through whatever provider the club chooses. Klubbia does not add a commission on top of those transactions.
4. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy and, where the club is the controller, by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed between the club and Klubbia.
5. Termination
Both the user and Klubbia can terminate the relationship. Upon user termination, data is deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Governing law
This contract is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
